okay so i've been gone for a long time now...that is because I accidentally got my computer taken from me due to slipping grades and pissy attitudes toward my parents. Long story...but now I got my baby back! MUAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAH! I'm sooooooooooo happy! So glad to be back on DA...feel like a huge chunk of my life just went missing D: but anyways...been making some awesome traditional arts in school, should post them soon.

OKAY...yesh. About my contest thingy...Since Halloween passed and such and i've had virtually no opportunity to look at/judge and count entries, i'm gonna do this. Instead of just a halloween contest, i'm going to make it a Halloween/FALL contest. Same rules/prizes apply.

DEADLINE(for realz this time): lets go with Thanksgiving, November 26th. The weekend before this i'm off to zonacon for my birthday(WOOT) and will have no time to judge entries.

Okay i'm truly bored, so I have decided to do a contest! Well no one really enters my contests so idk the point of having them anyways...*sniffles* oh well, I really need some
art to do from my online peeps, so I'll just do a whole crapload of prizes.

EXTENSION! Please people, get your entries in. I'm extending it until novenber 5th.

Rules: the rules are simple. Create an image representing Halloween in any way it could be an OC in a costume(yours or mine it doesn't really matter ^^), you could just draw some creepy scene, whatever. Zombies are cool, so are werewolves and such. Vampires are neat but kinda overrated(damn you twilight!) and as long as they don't sparkle will be acceptable for the contest. You can use as much blood, guts, and gore as you like, truly I don't mind. I rather like them, in fact.No nudity though. Keep the sexuality to a minimum(I mean hello people there are CHILDREN here!) Honestly, other than those there aren't many guidelines on this, I just want you to have fun.

Prizes:
1st- 3 colored pics with BG(or black and white graphite, charcoal, etc.), digital or traditional, two badges, and a lineart ot chibi drawing. Maybe an animated icon of your choice if i'm up for it.
2nd- 2 colored pics with BG(same choices as above, too lazy to write them over again but really feel free to ask for a black and white drawing as they're very fun to do ^-^) digital or taditional, a badge, and a lineart, chibi drawing, or icon(pick only ONE please.)
3rd- a colored pic with a BG, digital or traditional,and a chibi pic, lineart, or icon(only ONE again please.)
Runner Ups- either a colored pic with a BG or just an icon, chibi pic, or lineart(again, just ONE.)

EDIT: since nobody but one person has entered, i'm extending it till november, eventhough its a halloween contest.I'll be busy around halloween, and well november 1st and 2nd and 3rd are the dates of the full moon and I am pretty sure i'll be preoccupied those dates for reasons I cannot tell you...and i'll need a few down days after that again i'm pretty sure. yup that's right, i'm effing sick. and what's worse, its the FLU.

had a great week at school then came home wednesday feeling crappy with a sore throat. Then woke up and totally felt like I was going to die. Stayed home from school the next day, then went to the doctor, came back miserable because he said I had the flu. God I hate my life.

to make matters worse, I had the best weekend planned. I was going to universal studios w/my bffs all night tonight, then I was going to my bff's birthday party (and I haven't seen her for an entire year) but thanks to this damn flu, i'm now stuck in social quarantine. And yes I literally mean quarantine as i'm now stuck in my house all alone while the rest of my family goes out and has fun without me. it sucks so bad. and now I probably have to get a SHOT. and I HATE needles *shivers* and I have to force three pills down my throat everyday.

yup...the first day of school was today.

not that great but not bad either saw my friends, sat through all that boring first day orientation crap the teachers put you through each year i'm taking 2 AP classes so that means A LOT of homework and maybe no DA for quite some time once things get going...but luckily the teachers said for the first week and a half or so, there will be no major assignments(so they say oh man I hope its true!) during that short period of time, i'll work on my owed art, which is still a lot(sadly my PS has been down for quite awhile ) and typing my book while there's still downtime. other than that there's nothing much else to say

oh and yeah, I have a minor cold. throat's been hurting head's been spinning with major headaches...but its nothing serious and its certainly NOT SWINE FLU! 8D
